RARA Summit 2027

Right now, your life is full.

The work is going well. People count on you. You carry the questions, the logistics and the decisions that keep everyone else moving. By the time there is room for you, the thing you want has been pushed to later.

Two days to hear yourself again, know what you want next and trust your own direction enough to follow it.

Featured speakers · Round one

The women who have
made the move.

Every speaker at RARA has lived a version of the question you are carrying. They have changed course, rebuilt work, made room for ambition, or stepped into a version of themselves people did not expect.

You will hear how they made the decision, what it cost, and what they would do differently. Then you get to ask the question you cannot ask from the audience.

Big enough to get you
out of your own head.
Small enough to ask the question you have been avoiding.
You are surrounded by women carrying careers, businesses, families and a private sense that something needs to change. You hear the question you have been avoiding said out loud, then leave clearer about the move you want to make.

Who is RARA for

Different lives.
The same question.

You might be at the top of your career, returning to a life you cannot see yourself going back to, or standing at the edge of a change you do not yet have language for. RARA starts with the question you are carrying.

01

Your career is going well. You are respected, relied on and good at it. But you cannot keep giving your best energy to work and whatever is left to your own life.

02

You love your family and the life you have built. But your days are organised around everyone else, and the thing you want for yourself keeps being called later.

03

You have an idea, a business or a new direction you keep circling. You do not need another course. You need to decide whether you are going to keep thinking about it or begin.

Come with the question you keep pushing aside.

Meet women facing different versions of the same turning point, get language for the decision in front of you and leave with a Next 90 plan for what happens after RARA.

RARA is for women ready to stop postponing their own next move, without needing to have the whole answer before they arrive.

From the founder
Why RARA exists.
I built RARA for the woman who can keep everything running, but has no clear room to decide what she wants next.
You can keep the business moving, reply to the messages, remember the school notes, book the appointments, carry the mental load and still push your own decision to later.
Later, after the launch. Later, after the kids are settled. Later, after the busy period. Later, when you can explain it properly. Later, when it feels less disruptive.
I know that pattern because I have lived inside it. A full life. A capable life. A life that looked like it was working, while the question underneath it kept getting louder.
The problem is that most women do not need another thing to consume. They need time away from the usual demands, a direct conversation, and a clear way to decide what happens next.
The question is not whether you can keep going. You already know you can.
The question is whether you want to keep building your life around the same defaults.
RARA gives you two days at Mondrian Gold Coast to step out of the usual noise and look properly at the decision in front of you.
Across the summit, you will hear the private stories behind real moves, sit inside direct conversations, test your own ideas against real life, and work through what needs to change in the next season of your work, identity, creativity or ambition.
You leave with the decision you came to make, the language to explain it, and a Next 90 plan for what happens when you get home.
That is why I built RARA. For the woman who does not need more information. She needs the room, the interruption and the plan to finally act on what she already knows.

Before you ask
The things people
actually ask me.
“I don’t know what my question is yet.”

That is usually the point. You might only know that something is not fitting anymore: the way you work, the role you are in, the pace of your life, the business model, the clients, the way your own plans keep coming last. RARA gives you two days to get the question out of your head and into language you can work with.

“I’m not sure what I would bring to the table.”

You do not need to arrive with a pitch, a polished story or a perfect answer. Bring the decision you keep circling. Bring the thing you are sick of discussing only in your notes app, with your partner, or on walks where nobody can hear you.

“I work in corporate. Is it still for me?”

Yes, if you are at a decision point. You might be leading a team, wanting more creative work, considering a move, returning after children, or realising the role that looks good on paper is taking too much from the life around it. RARA is not only for founders. It is for women who need to make a clearer decision about the next version of their work and life.

“Two nights away is a lot.”

It is. It means childcare, work cover, travel, a bag packed properly and deciding that your own thinking deserves a place on the calendar.

But staying available has a cost too. Another term, quarter or year can disappear while you keep everything moving and never make the decision. RARA gives you the interruption: two days away from the usual demands, with structured conversations, hosted meals and a Next 90 plan for what happens when you get home.

“What if I don’t know anyone?”

Most women will arrive without a built-in group. Monday night is welcome drinks so you are not walking cold into the first summit day. The room is designed for direct conversation, shared tables and proper introductions, not standing around waiting to be chosen.

The details
The questions
worth asking.

Dates, inclusions, accommodation and the practical things you need before you book.

When and where is RARA Summit?

RARA Summit 2027 takes place at Mondrian Gold Coast from 22 to 24 February 2027. Welcome drinks are on Monday 22 February, followed by two full summit days on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 February.

Where do I stay, and what does it cost?

Most women will stay at Mondrian Gold Coast, in the same building as the summit. We have secured 20% off room rates for RARA guests across the summit dates.

Book your room here and enter the code BGPG under “preferential code” to apply the discount.

Accommodation is booked separately and is not included in your ticket. Most women will arrive Monday afternoon and leave Thursday morning. You can also stay elsewhere if that suits your budget or plans. Gold Coast Airport is about twenty minutes from Burleigh.

What is RARA Summit?

RARA is a two-day summit for women who are keeping a lot of life moving, while sitting on a decision about what comes next.

Across the summit you will hear main-stage conversations, sit inside direct discussions, attend workshops, share hosted meals, take part in the Offline Hour and leave with a Next 90 plan for the decision you came to make.

Who is it for?

It is for the woman who can keep the business, job, family, clients, team and calendar moving, but has been pushing her own decision to later.

You might run a business, work inside a company, lead a team, have a creative practice, be rebuilding after children, or be circling a new direction. The common thread is not your industry. It is the decision in front of you: what needs to change in the next season of your work, identity, creativity or ambition?

Who is it not for?

RARA is for women who are ready to participate in the room, not sit back and consume more information.

If you are looking for a business conference, a content formula, a funnel template, a passive retreat or a weekend of vague inspiration, this will not be the right fit. The room works because women arrive willing to think honestly, speak directly and do something with what becomes clear.

What do I actually get from attending?

You get two days away from the usual demands, a room of women who are also at decision points, main-stage conversations, workshops, hosted meals, direct discussion and a structured way to turn the thing you have been circling into a Next 90 plan.

The practical outcome is simple: you leave with the decision you came to make, language to explain it, and a plan for what happens next when real life starts again.

What is included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes Monday welcome drinks, both full summit days, main-stage conversations, selected performances, workshops, the Offline Hour, the Next 90 planning session and the hosted meals listed for your ticket type.

Travel and accommodation are separate. Full inclusions will be shown clearly when tickets open.

What if I can’t come?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Up to 14 days before the summit, you can pass your ticket to another woman at no charge. Send us her name and email and we will update the booking.

If you would rather we found someone from the waitlist to take your place, we can do that for you for a $100 rebooking fee.

What is the dress code?

Wear the thing that makes you feel like you have somewhere to be.

Practically, the summit rooms can run cold and the Gold Coast in February will be hot, so bring a layer you actually like. Welcome drinks are by the pool. Full dress notes will arrive before you pack.

Can I bring my child?

RARA is a kid-free summit. Part of what makes the room work is that, for two days, nobody in it needs anything from you.

The exception is nursing babies under six months, who are welcome anywhere their mother is. If that is you, reply to your confirmation email and we will help with what you need, including a quiet place to feed, a seat near the door and a fridge.

The Offline Hour is a silent hour. Babies are the one sound we do not mind.

Will sessions be recorded?

No. RARA is designed to be experienced in the room. The best conversations happen when people are not performing for a replay.

The setting 22 to 24 February 2027

Burleigh Beach.
A world away.

The room matters. The light matters. Even where you sit for lunch matters. Mondrian is the kind of place where people stay at the table a little longer.

The Place

A hotel on the water, because where you say something changes whether you say it at all.

The People

Speakers close enough to ask. Women beside you who understand the question.

The Pace

Good food, long lunches and enough time for the conversation to keep going.
